Hana Park is an editor at Simon & Schuster. She acquires elevated celebrity, narrative nonfiction, memoir, pop culture, and biographies that meet the cultural moment, illuminate social issues, or examine the use of political power in this country. She is also drawn to literary fiction, sophisticated love stories, and coming-of-age novels that explore existential anxieties.
Forthcoming titles include Lukas Gage’s I Wrote This for Attention, Haley Lu Richardson's I'm Sad and Horny, Lidija Hilje’s Slanting Towards the Sea, Vicky Nguyen’s Boat Baby, and Monica Kim’s The Meaning of Jungkook. Hana joined Simon & Schuster in 2019 as an editorial assistant, working on books by authors such as Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Walter Isaacson, Mona Awad, and Sarah Ruhl. Prior to joining Simon & Schuster, Hana completed the Columbia Publishing Course. She graduated with honors from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in English. Hana was born and raised in Los Angeles.
