Danielle joined the Simon & Schuster marketing team in September 2022 and has led a wide range of campaigns, including Clare Leslie Hall’s breakout U.S. debut novel Broken Country (a Reese’s Book Club pick, Barnes & Noble Book Club pick, and instant New York Times bestseller), Heartwood by Amity Gaige (a Read with Jenna pick, ABA National Indie bestseller, and USA Today bestseller), True Gretch by Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (a New York Times bestseller) and Where Are the Children Now? by Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke (a New York Times bestseller). Other notable campaigns include USA Today bestsellers Not Forever, But for Now by Chuck Palahniuk, The Return of Ellie Black by Emiko Jean, and Swift River by Essie Chambers (a Read with Jenna pick); TikTok sensations Perfume & Pain by Anna Dorn and Sky Full of Elephants by Cebo Campbell, and the 2023 National Book Award finalist for fiction Temple Folk by Aaliyah Bilal.

Prior to joining Simon & Schuster, Danielle spent nearly ten years at Macmillan Publishers, most recently as Assistant Director of Marketing & Email Strategy for the St. Martin’s Publishing Group. During her time at SMPG, she led campaigns for a wide range of adult fiction and nonfiction titles—including a number of New York Times bestsellers—and oversaw email marketing strategy and development.

A Michigan native now residing in upper Manhattan, Danielle holds degrees from Adrian College and New York University School of Professional Studies.
